A driver quality car is the best way to describe this example in acceptable terms. As each panel is flawed, the paint does not match, panel fitment/gaps are not correct everywhere, dings, paint inconsistencies etc… in multiple places on multiple panels (as photographed). Phoenix This example was reportedly in an accident and subsequently repaired (Documented). Please see the CARFAX Report and Body Shop Invoice for details and to draw your own conclusions on what may have happened. We do not have any additional information and are offering this rare colored Z3M AS-IS.

All glass, with the exception of the passenger door glass, is original/correct. The windshield does show peppering and is flawed. The trim is all present and in acceptable condition overall with the only standout issue being a cracked antenna body grommet.

The wheels are cosmetically flawed and no longer have the correct smoke finish they should have, or the original finish is flawed.

The interior is in fair condition and acceptable overall. The driver's seat shows a seam that is coming apart on the seat bottom (same on the passenger seat), the bolster has some wear and the seat bushings are also in need of replacement. The glove box has some minor sag which appears to be due to a missing screw. There is a screw hole on the driver's side door stowage area. The center console shows a crack and the chrome shifter ring has some inconsistencies. Otherwise the dash, kick panels, sils, headliner, steering wheel etc… are all in good condition with no major issues to note otherwise. Please review the photos available in detail.

Everything appears to be in correct working order with no issues noted besides the (only) key, which does not work remotely.

The engine bay appears stock, clean and serviced with no major items of concern mechanically. While the hood appears to be a correct, factory Phoenix Yellow hood, there is no VIN sticker present, some scratching is also present on the underside of the hood. Overall, a nice engine bay all things considered.

The trunk area is tidy, and appears to be complete in terms of original air pump, hardtop t-handle wrench, CD-player etc… Under the mat shows an incomplete tool kit. It is trimmed correctly and some minor scratches can be seen on plastic and one rubber connector is also missing.

The underside, fundamentally, is in good condition with little to no corrosion, concerning leaks, or items in immediate need of repair. There are some scratches and minor inconsistencies but the standout issue is the missing engine and transmission covers. Please review the photos available in detail.

The S54 Inline 6 is one of the greatest engines of all time to most BMW fanatics. While this example received a sympathetic servicing to offer it as a PA State Inspected vehicle there are deferred maintenance items that should be considered while the next owner enjoys this car. Please refer to the Inspection Report provided. Fundamentally, it reflects the mileage and makes strong power with no unwanted noises and performs well.

The transmission has good synchros (contrary to the comment in the driving video) and the car shifts well with the only issue to note being a sticky 3rd gear, which we believe to be bushing related but cannot verify - most notable when getting out of 3rd rather than into 3rd. The clutch works well overall with no issues to note.

The Brakes work well and the suspension is in acceptable condition overall. Again, please see the available Inspection Report.

All 4-tires are recently installed Continental Extreme Contact 225/45R17 (front) 245/40/R17 (rear) with date codes of 2022.

Any BMW with an S54 is fun, but the Z3M offers the most focused experience. This car is no exception. It starts easily, runs strong, and fulfills its role as originally intended - the ultimate driving machine. Further servicing would really bring this car all the way to where it should be, but in its current condition it can be driven guilt free and is fundamentally acceptable.
