Same ownership for the past 15 years. Restored in the 1980’s. Currently shows as a solid rust free driver. The paint is faded with consistent blemishes from age. No signs of any accident damage ever. Engine bay shows well for a driver. The trunk is clean as well as the floors and rockers. The metal is thin and sharp where it should be with no signs of any excessive filler usage anywhere. Straight with decent gaps and good door jams. The chrome is showing its age. The windshield has a crack. Correct rocker panel trim pieces will go with the car along with any missing chrome etc… An original crack free windshield is available for an additional $500. The top is faded and was done when restored. The interior was also done in the 80’s during the restoration and is showing age overall, but is functional as-is. The dash is very presentable and the gauges function properly. The car starts easily, runs very strong with no smoke or issues. The brakes work well also but are older. The tires are up to date as the car has been used often as a driver since 1998 and has been kept up mechanically to be used reliably during the past 15 years. The clutch is excellent, as is the steering and handling. It appears to be about 99% complete and in good order for a scruffy driver. Otherwise the perfect base for a cosmetic restoration.
