The Monaco blue paint throughout the car retains excellent color and great luster with nice depth to it. It is unique in there is no metallic flake in it, which provides a unique finish to the car. It does show a bit of swirling and light scratching in the clear upon closer inspection, relegated largely to high-traffic areas. Many of the areas that typically get damaged by stone chips are covered in a clean and tidy clear bra such as the front bumper and the rear quarter panels in front of the wheels. The clear bra retains nice clarity and has done its job in the front of the car as there are a few marks in it where it prevented stones from contacting the paint. Body lines and shut gaps are all tight and appropriate and show no signs of any issues.

The headlights contain some light scratching as well as some peppered rock chips, from normal use, but no cracking or serious damage. The window glass all appears to be correct and original to the car. The tail lights and marker lights are all in good order and show no issues. The trim throughout the car remains in excellent condition with the chrome showing a bit of light scratching and swirling, typical with use. Rubber components all appear to be supple and in good order. The black rubber antenna mounted to the roof has some fading in the color but appears to be in good condition otherwise.

The chrome seven-spoke wheels appear to be in good condition showing some light hazing but no curbing and have clean and tidy mounting hardware as well as center caps.

There are some marks in the front clear bra from normal use and the headlights contain some light scratching as well as stone peppering but otherwise, this V8 Vantage remains in excellent condition and was clearly cared for well throughout its life so far.

The interior remains in extremely nice condition with smooth issue-free leather that retains excellent color. There is one small spot of wear beginning to form on the driver's bolster as well as a very light scratch on the driver's seat bottom. The black rubber nonslip portion of the carpet in the driver’s side footwell shows a little bit of wear from normal use. Driver side door still has a bit of light scratching. The headliner remains tight and free of any staining or sagging. The leather wrap Dash is also in excellent condition showing no pulling or fading of color. All the buttons knobs and switches remain in excellent cosmetic condition with bright white lettering And no issues to note. There is some very light scratching on the plastic display cover for the stereo read-out.

Everything on the interior appears to function as it is intended with the exception of the NAV screen which currently needs a helping hand to flip up. The motors sound like they are turning but the screen does not articulate automatically, a common problem with these nav systems. The doors open and close with ease, the window switches work as they should, and the power mirrors function. The gauges are all clean and clear and appear to read their proper functions. The six-speed manual transmission has a nice clean shifter boot and the power-operated seats appear to move as they should.

It appears that the dash-mounted navigation screen does not want to articulate on its own and needs a helping hand to be flipped up into the open position. This is a common problem with these systems and should be a relatively easy remedy should a future owner want to undertake it.

The engine bay is clean and tidy as one would expect from a car with these miles. All components appear to be well looked after, there are no signs of any modifications and no signs of any issues past or present. Overall, it is very emblematic of the rest of this well-presented Aston.

The trunk area is likewise clean and tidy, with clean and well fitting carpets and panels. No issues to note here.

There are some very light scratches present on the underside of the lower black lip on the front bumper, only visible from underneath the car as well as a heavier, larger, scratch on the outer edge of the bumper on the passenger side where it looks like it brushed up against something. This has been filled in with body color, although the cover up was a bit sloppily done. There are some light scratches on the underside of the blue bumper on the driver's side as well, although these are only really visible from the underside of the vehicle. The remainder of the underside is very reflective of a low miles example that has been properly cared for, showing well-kept suspension components, skid plates, etc., and only a bit of road dirt accumulation. Overall the underside is in great order, showing no real issues past or present except for the bit of scratching in the front of the vehicle.

There is a fairly sizeable scratch on the outer edge of the passenger side bumper that has been kind of haphazardly filled in with body color.

The 4.3 liter V engine fires to life with a short push of the starter button and settles into a glorious and smooth idle. Out on the road, it makes good power, with a beautiful linear power band, no stumbles or hesitation present. The exhaust note is fantastic and keeps you wanting to row through the gears in an often unnecessary fashion!

The 6-speed manual transmission is smooth and direct and provides excellent feedback. The clutch takeup is appropriate and feedback feels appropriate.

The brakes bring the car to a smooth and controlled stop with no odd noises or pulling. The suspension feels compliant and responsive while also providing the smooth and comfortable ride you would expect from a top-tier Grand Touring machine.

The tires are Bridgestone Potenza RE050A on all four corners, 275/35R19 in the rear and 235/40R19 in the front. DOT date codes are from 2018 and all four tires have ample tread and solid sidewalls.

Gorgeous top-tier Grand Touring vehicles have been Aston Martin’s bread and butter since early on in their history and this 2007 V8 Vantage certainly fits the bill. It remains one of the best-looking vehicles on the road while providing a fantastically responsive yet comfortable ride. The soundtrack from the 4.3 liter V8 is intoxicating as you find yourself constantly doing unnecessary downshifts with the 6-speed manual transmission just to hear a bit more of the symphony. In our opinion, these manually shifted V8 Vantage’s offer enormous value for the money in today's market when looking at the caliber of other vehicles available in this price range. This is a car that can really do it all and in a dapper fashion, as is the Aston Martin way.
